The reason why Videos feature is not available for your business could be that, you might have chosen a Package for your business for which the Videos App is not available. In this case, you can see if choosing a different Package with the Videos App suits you. You can change the Package for your business from the “Packages” section of your business Dashboard.

Featured business Videos are videos of businesses which are specially marked as “Featured”. Such videos are more highlighted than others and thus gain more visibility. Featured business Videos appear in the “Featured Videos” slideshow in the “Videos” section under business navigation. On “Browse Videos” for business Videos and in search results, they are marked with a “Featured” marker. The search form for business Videos also has a quick filter for seeing Featured Videos.

Sponsored business Videos are those Videos which have been created for Paid businesses. These Sponsored Videos will appear in the “Sponsored Videos” block in the “Videos” section under business navigation. On “Browse Videos” for business Videos and in search results, they are marked with a “Sponsored” marker. The search form for business Videos also has a quick filter for seeing Sponsored Videos.
If your business is created under a Paid Package, then the Videos created for it would automatically be made Sponsored. The availability of Paid business Packages on our site is conditional depending on the settings configured by our site administrators.

You can search for a business Video using the detailed search box available in the “Videos” section under business navigation.

You can add Videos to your business by choosing the appropriate options for the  “Video Source” field. Currently, the available sources from which you can add videos are: Youtube, Vimeo and your hard-drive. The availability of video sources is conditional depending on the settings chosen by our site administrator.

There is no limit on the number of Videos that you can add to your business. You can add any number of Videos to your business.

You can add a Video to your business in one of the following ways:
1. To upload a Video, please follow the steps below:
a. Go to the business Profile.    
b. Click “Videos” tab on the business Profile. You might have to click on the “More” tab to expand the menu bar to see “Videos”.
c. Click on “Add a Video” link from the top left corner of the “Videos” tab to add a video.
d. Fill up the form to add a video.
e. Select a video source and enter a Video Link (URL) of the video you want to add to the business.
f. Click on “Save Video”, to add a video to your business.
 
2. From the “Apps” section of your business Dashboard, click on the “Post a Video” button and follow the steps from ‘c’ to ‘f’ as in case 1 above.

You can choose who all can add Videos to your business while creating your business, by choosing the appropriate option for the “Videos Creation Privacy” field. You can edit this privacy any time by clicking on the “Edit business Details” link for your business.

From amongst the offers that a business would have on this site, the business Admins will be able to choose a particular offer as “Featured”. In the “Offers” tab of a business, the Featured Offer appears on top in the listing of offers. A business’s Featured Offer also appears alongside the business’s entry in “Browse businesses” and results of searching of businesses.
