Peel the carrots and the onions and cut into cubes. Cube the bread and bake in the oven with 25 gr butter.
Boil the carrots and onions with the stock. Blend and continuu boiling for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile,prepare a mixture from the milk,flour,egg yolks and salt. Add to the soup and boil for another 10 minutes.Remove and add the rest of the butter .
Serve hot with the croutons.
